 Long weekend lunches with friends and family, to work dinners, relax and enjoy with our fresh and tasty mains. We love to serve buffet or family style shared plates. 

Any choices from our menu will be a hit with your guests! Please inform us of any dietary requirements, we will ensure there is a seperate version of the selected menu suitable for those guests.

  • Fork's Hot Smoked cumin and paprika salmon
  • Harissa rubbed pork shoulder with white beans
  • Fillet of beef in Thai-style marinade, served with cucumber and mint
  • Honey mustard glazed ham off the bone
  • Chicken with yoghurt, caramelised onions, cashew nuts
  • Grilled halloumi with honey glaze

    Perfect for cocktail hour, we have a range of delicious canapé options. Can be tailored to suit your needs, with packages starting at $17.50 per head for 4 canapés per person.

  • Dinner

    Flavour-forward menus built around fresh, local ingredients — served with care and attention to detail, no matter the size of your wedding.

    Family-style or seated dinner options available, priced from $72.00 per head. Plates & Cutlery available for hire.

  • Dessert

    Finish on a sweet note with a thoughtfully crafted dessert. We cater a range of dessert styles to suit your wedding — mini sweets, classic crowd-pleasers or custom creations. Priced from $12.50 per head.

"The Fork team were amazing to deal with for our wedding from start to finish. We were given a range of budget options and were able to have items that really suited our tastes. Pre-event comms were amazing and the team adapted to a new venue with no onsite kitchen but made it work seamlessly. Our event managers had nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism of the team and how smoothly they ran their operation! We even got some boxed up leftovers for the next day!
