Tender beef fillet marinated in balsamic and herbs, cooked to medium rare and ready to serve. Served with a fresh, zesty salsa verde and italian parsley. 

Can be warmed, or served at room temperature. 2kg beef fillet, serves ~15. Comes sliced, with parsley for you to garnish, and salsa verde for you to serve with.
