A fresh and festive salad! Crispy red and white cabbage, fresh herbs, apple, cranberries, toasted almonds and a citrus dressing.

Requires adding the supplied apple, tossing in dressing and garnishing with almonds.

Serves 6-8.

Gluten free, dairy free, vegan.
