Cumin & Paprika Hot-Smoked Salmon Side

Delicately smoked salmon glazed with cumin, paprika and citrus. Garnish with parsley, lemon and pomegranate and serve at room temperature. Fillets are ~1-1.2kg each, serving ~12.

Gluten, dairy and nut free.

Please note if you ordered last year, last year the salmon was sold as the same size as above (1.2kg), but the salmon they caught were unexpectedly large (~1.8kg), this year they are expecting them to be the usual size of 1-1.2kg.
