New Potato, Green Bean & Preserved Lemon Salad with cornichons, capers, parsley and a mustard crème fraiche dressing – bright, tangy and perfect with ham. 

To assemble, simply add the mix of cornichons, capers, lemon and parsley provided through the green beans and potatoes, toss in the dressing and plate. 

Serves 6-8.
