Roasted carrot, beetroot and orange with labneh

A show stopper for the Christmas table! Roasted baby carrots, beetroot on labneh with spiced savoury nut crumble and pomegranate seeds for colour and crunch. 

This dish requires basic assembly! It asks for you to spread the orange-zested labneh on the bottom of your plate, arrange the roasted carrots + beetroot, sprinkle the crumble and pomegranate on top and garnish with parsley.

Serves 6-8.
