Summer Tomato Salad with Tahini Yoghurt

Summer Tomato Salad with Tahini Yoghurt. A beautiful and colourful mix of ripe heirloom and baby tomatoes, capers, parsley and toasted buckwheat for crunch.

Serves 6-8. 

Comes unassembled, requiring you to spread the provided tahini yoghurt over the base of your plate, chop tomatoes and toss in the caper and seasoned olive oil mix provided, then place on top the yoghurt. Sprinkle toasted buckwheat groats over top and garnish with parsley, both provided.

Gluten free.
